MISSION STATEMENT

To inspire those going through epilepsy and other health challenges to rise to a higher level by educating the community, demonstrating how to respond with love, and empowering everyone to operate their skills and strengths while passing brotherly love in every situation.

THE HEALTH CRISIS

The Health Crisis:

Over 3.47 million Americans live with epilepsy, yet 92% of people don't know how to help during a seizure. Millions more face bipolar disorder, lupus, diabetes, and cancer—often feeling isolated without adequate community support. We provide free health education, natural healing testimonies, and expert guidance from epitologists, psychiatrists, and naturalists.

THE ISOLATION PROBLEM

The Isolation Problem:

Post-pandemic, people have lost the habit of in-person fellowship. Social connections have weakened. Brotherly love—the foundation of strong communities—has faded. We're bringing it back through weekly gatherings where positive messages, prayer, and genuine connection rebuild what was lost.

THE ENTERTAINMENT GAP

The Entertainment Gap:

In Southern California, movies end at 11pm on weeknights and 12:30am on weekends. What's next? Only unfamiliar clubs or 24-hour restaurants. We offer a third option: safe, uplifting entertainment where families (before 9pm) and adults (after 9pm) enjoy games, food, music, and community until 1am.

Afi-Hasanati brings passion, vision, and lived experience to Breaking Out the Cocoon. With deep roots in community service and a heart for those facing health challenges, Afi-Hasanati has built FISH Love & Joy as a beacon of hope and healing in Southern California.
